Website Visitors

Except as described below, Subio Inc. (We) do not collect or require visitors to Our web sites to furnish personally-identifying information such as names, email addresses and phone numbers. Like most of other web sites, Our web site uses cookie collecting non-personally-identifying information to remember language preference for individual visitors and to analyze access log with Google Analytics.

Community Members

Certain members of the Subio community (sign-up members, helpdesk customers, product users etc.) choose to interact with Us in ways that require Us and others to know more about them. They are asked to provide contact information so that they can be contacted as necessary. Customers purchasing Our products or services are asked to provide even more information, including billing and credit card or similar information, and that is secured by PayPal system. In each case, We collects personally-identifying information only insofar as is necessary to fulfill the purpose of the community member's interaction with Us.

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

We disclose the information described above only to employees, contractors and Plug-in Partners that need to know that information in order to process it on Our behalf and that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and Plug-in Partners may be located outside of a visitor's home country. We do not rent or sell such information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors and Plug-in Partners, We disclose such information only when required to do so by law or government.
