Subio Platform v1.9 is now available. This version has achieved significant improvements. Please update your Subio Plaform for sure.
NEW FEATURES of v1.9
1. Memory usage is reduced by half, and Samples in a Series can be doubled.
2. Performance and stability is greatly improved.
3. You can exchange data by Organism via archive (.soa) file.
4. Multiple Regions can be displayed in the Genome View.
5. Export of Regions in BED format.

NOTICE!!!
1. Subio Platform v1.9 is not compatible with previous versions, and you cannot downgrade once you have updated to v1.9. Please make sure that you back up the entire subioplatform folder before updating.
2. On the first launch of Subio Platform v1.9, it automatically
converts data into the new format, and it may take a long time, like an hour, to complete and you cannot interrupt the process.
3. V1.9 supports Series Archive (.ssa) files created by v1.8 or previous versions, however, v1.8 cannot import ssa files created by v1.9 or later.

Fixed Problems in Basic Plug-in:
- Subio Platform may unexpectedly shut down on running PCA with fewer
Sample Groups than number of Measurements.
- Ratio to Control Samples block doesn’t store set of control samples options.
- Fold Change values created by Compare to Control/Compare 2 Groups are wrongly log transformed when Normalization doesn’t include the Log Transformation block.
- In 2-color data, Ch2 Raw Signal wrongly modified by Normalization.
- Merging two Measurement Lists by Genomic Location Filter doesn’t
work correctly.
- Track names and icons are overlapping in Genomic Location Filter (Mac only).
