Subio Platform v1.8.3239 Released.

Following Problems in Subio Platform have been FIXED.
- Samples may not be removed even if they aren't involved in any Series.
- Active State may not be reflected in Line Graph view.
- Subio Platform may shut down on switching Measurement Lists or on
selecting columns in the select columns drawing tab in the Annotations tab.
Following Problems in Basic Plug-in have been FIXED.
- Use Control Genes option doesn't work correctly in the global normalization block.
