What is "Format" in the Improt Sample window?

"Format" is a definition of experimental file format. Format stores information about where the header row and Measurement ID or signal columns are.

Please notice that experimental files must have a header row at a same position and column headers with same names. The order of columns does NOT matter. Format recognizes only column names in the header row.

BTW, Format doesn't care about flag columns. Flag columns will be specified in "Edit Flag Columns" which is accessible from the SetupSeries tab of the Analysis Browser.
