We prepared Oriza_sativa.soa file to start data import on Agilent rice 4x44k array.

1) Platforms, their Measurement ID are "Feature Number" and "ProbeName".
2) Demo data with web searches (links).
3) Biological Table from RAPDB completely suitable for these Platforms with web searches.
I have adopted annotations on the microarray are updated Sep 7, 2011.
You can easily import the .soa file into Subio Platform, which is a free omics data browser for wet researchers.
