Can I integrate samples with chipA and B?

If you have already import them into Platform A and Platform B, you can merge these Ptatforms. And then create a Series from all of those Samples. If you give same Parameter values to both chip A and chip B Samples, you can merge those Samples as Sample Groups by setting up a DataSet.
If you have not already import data, maybe it's easier to start with a Platform which includs chip A and chip B together. Import all data files to such a integrated Platform.
