Analyze Rice microarray on Genome View

There is a file directly able to use as a Biological Table of Subio Platform. It is a GFF3 formatted file just to import as "GFF" in Subio Platform.

And now you can see GSE18787 on GenomeView I prepared Subio Organism Archive file (.soa) with GSE18787 on Agilent-015241 Rice 4x44K microarray with recently updated annotation (Oct. 2010).
