Upgrading from 32-bit Windows to 64-bit

QUESTION:
After upgrading OS from 32-bit Windows to 64-bit Windows on a same machine, still can I use my plug-ins?
ANSWER:
Yes, as long as you use a same machine, you can use the same plug-in license.
But if you change machine for a 64-bit environment, you need to purchase another license
