[Fixed] Freeze at Import Measurements.

Problem: Subio Platform has been freeze during Import Measurement and couldn't finish.
Cause:It has a problem in Subio Platform v1.8.3069 for Import Measurement.Fixed version will be released soon.

You can Import Measurements soothly.
