Clues for Normalization;

1. Make sure that Normalization makes "Processed Signal". So if you perform another Normalization, Processed Signals will be changed.
2． If you import normalized data, you need not to choose from “standardization” in Normalize Blocks.
3． If your Raw data is log ratio, select “import Log ratio data” block to declare to Subio Platform for following calculations.
4． You must choose only one Block or nothing from each section of Normalize Blocks (preprocess, standardization, and making ratio). Block operation in the section break down each other.
5． When you choose “Ratio to control Samples”, you must set control Samples. Subio Platform couldn’t understand which Samples are controls without setting.
