Can I change color of graph image?

We avoided strong colors in designing Subio Platform, because it's not comfortable to see for long time. As you know, it takes long time to view data and extract meaning. We chose very moderate and elegant colors for Subio Platform, but it may be too weak for presentations which require vivid impact.
You can change color in two ways. Double-click on the “color bar” at right side of Main Graph to open the "Color Settings" window.
1) Change Color Range.
Default range is from -2 to 2 for under- to up-regulation. You can change the range, e.g. -1 to 1, to make an impression of more differentially expressing.
2) Change Color.
Double-click on the top (or middle/bottom) of the “color bar” inside the "Color Settings" window, and select a color that you like. You can select any color and Subio Platform will make a gradation between colors you chose. Click "Save" button. You can export image files of graphs in your color scheme.
Changing color is temporal, and they are reset when you restart Subio Platform.
Chart colors could change on “Preference” panel.
You can also change chart color by Preference under Platform or Plug-in menu.
And changing color has been saved when you've quit Subio Platform from v1.7 or later. Please use "Restore Defaults" button to set back original color.
