On-chip replicates;

SYMPTOM; The microarray I use have multiple probes for one gene. I would like to merge on-chip replicates based on mean or madian.
RESOLUSION; If Subio Platform finds multiple measurements with same ID in the process of sample import, it takes mean as considering on-chip replicates. So if you have different IDs for spots and probes, you can select which columns to be taken as the measurement ID column.
