Not Found .ssa File (Mac Users)

SYMPTOMS:
If you work on Mac OS, you may not find Subio Series Archive (.ssa) files in process of importing Series. Or you may find a folder with the same name as .ssa file, instead of .ssa file itself.
CAUSATION:
A .ssa file is a compressed in zip format and Subio Platform accepts only this kind of file as a Series archive. In combinations of some versions of Safari and Mac OS, your download file may be opened automatically.
In such cases, you cannot find such an archive file because Safari and Mac OS mistakenly unzip it and create a folder filled with lots of contents.
WORKAROUND:
Option1 - Update Mac OS and Safari to the latest version.
Option2 - Check-off the "Open 'safe' files after downloading" option in the preference of Safari to avoid unzipping automatically.
Option3 - Use other browsers such as Firefox on Mac OS.
